I must say I’m very impressed with this product I’ve been using it for about a week now and I have noticed that I don’t feel sluggish anymore and that my joints are not sore. I always have had back pain that doesn’t allow me to stand on the kitchen when I’m cooking but since using this supplement I’ve noticed I can stand and cook my food for short burst of time.

Only been taking them for a few days, but by 8pm the first 2 nights I was falling asleep. So I had to change taking them in the morning to late evening. If youâre having trouble sleeping these should help. But every body is different. Weâll see if these also help with my menstrual issues.
