Iâve been using these Wikday loop bands for three weeks now â here are my impressions:1. Great Value, good results! Space saver
Great Value! You get 5 bands, a carrying bag so you don’t misplace them ( cuz you will without it) and a workout instruction manual. For $4.99! Yes the material in a little thin but thicker than some more expensive ones I’ve bought on here. Great choice to get you started. They can withstand a lot of stretching . If your on the larger size maybe invest in wider ones as these tend to roll on me sometimes. I have costochodritis and I can’t lift anymore. My chiropractor recommended these and showed me some workouts to try . So this is a great alternative and takes up no space at home, easy to use at home while you watch tv or listen to music, even on your phone if you use it at least 5+ minutes a day results start showing pretty quickly. I’ll even put the band on my legs when I’m on the couch or in bed watching TV or on my phone or tablet and do leg workouts between commercials.YouTube for different band workouts or physical therapy workouts.

Good for some areas, not others.
The bands have worked okay for me. Unfortunately, I have large thighs and they kept rolling up when I tried to use them for exercise in that area. It was very painful to try and stretch with a rolled up piece of plastic around my legs. So, if you have thick thighs I would recommend looking for wider exercise bands. For everything else that I did with my hands, arms and ankles they were just fine.
