Holy yes! I would highly recommend this product. I suffer with cravings and have a low digestive tract, not a great combo. So I tried this. After a week I felt less bloated, no cravings at all, and donât feel like eating 10 snacks a day (exaggerating). I have not weighed myself, but with working out I am sure I will lose the weight I want to lose.
