Great Product But A Simple Accessory Would Make it Better
I love this product, and contrary to what others have said about the difficulty of using it, I have found the programming quite simple, including but not limited to the synch finish function.My only quibble is that the company doesn’t offer basket racks made for the machine that would enable cooking more than one tier of food, such as chicken wings, that should not touch each other. I had to buy some aftermarket ones, but given the depth of the baskets to accommodate the larger amounts of food, it’s disappointing that there’s not a rack made by Chefman for cooking two tiers of food so as to maximize the baskets’ capacity for items that should not touch each other.

Fantastic Air fryer for Family of 3
We LOVE this air fryer, its decent size its enough for a family of 3-4 to eat dinner with one basket can be chicken/meat while the other can be fries/vegetables they even have a sync button where you can have the fries/sides start at a later time than the meat! meat can be 30 minutes and sides could be 20 and it’ll stare the fries when meat gets to 20! its amazing honestly and its easy to clean!

Excellent purchase
Only reason is not 5 stars is the time/temp tends to have a mind of it’s own when adjusting. Barely touch the button and the settings change faster than we can keep up with. Not every time, but can be a challenge to get the settings we want at times. Otherwise, it’s a great addition to the kitchen. We use it almost daily to either cook or warm up food. Makes things crispy, not soggy, like French fries from the microwave. Microwave is mainly used for popcorn now. Gets smaller cooks done quickly without having to heat up the main oven.
