pretty rose gold smart bracelet but vendor support is sorely lacking
my preliminary review is that of only 2 stars. Adjusted to 3 stars after multiple attempts to create account. While I like the style of the bracelet, the app and vendor support is sadly lacking. There is no way to adjust the step length! Given the default built in, based on sex, height and weight, they assume a certain step length – which for me is in accurate. They also should allow more links to be taken out. I could only get 4 removed (needed 6 removed) – and had to PAY a repair expert to do it as the tool provided and joke of a video was not at all helpful. So this cost me another $22 on top of purchase price. Also, the gold claimed color is more of a rose gold, which is a bonus for me. The user manual – via the app – only discusses a ring, not this bracelet. The user manual which comes with the bracelet requires much magnification to be able to read – it should be available online. (I’ve yet to find it) Purchase with caution, knowing there are a lot of hiccups in this product and its lack of quality support. TIP: to create an account, you need to go to the login screen and then go to the lower R corner – should see Sign Up (very hard to discern given the color and the background color.) easy process but still cannot adjust step length for better accuracy.
