I like the size, price, and durability. I use these for multiple areas of tension. I show my clients how to use them for their own self care. I recently found them cheaper and have bought in bulk to give to my patients. But hopefully they don’t smell too toxic when they finally arrive. These items do not from Amazon .

For some reason I assumed this was a regular foam roller like for my whole back or body and a ball together.. no theyâre both small and fit right in the palm of my hand .. BUT theyâre exactly what I needed , Iâve had this stiffening pain in my lower back for about a year and the regular foam roller wasnât getting it I used the ball on it once up against a wall and itâs GONE , when I work out it doesnât bother me hardly at all .. so Iâm happy with this purchase , not what I thought I was buying but definitely much needed
