Good if not polished
The weights and materials are cheap but comfortable and appropriate for use, which I like. This does come with some practical downsides, though: putting the weights on the bars, and moving the bars between configurations has significant friction (they do not slide), which makes the process slow and cumbersome.The weights are about as accurate as you’d expect; here are some measures. I suspect the main thing one cares about is the variance between them, which is sufficiently low.1.25kg nameplate: 1.21kg, 1.21kg, 1.20kg, 1.15kg1.5kg nameplate: 1.62kg, 1.61kg, 1.62kg, 1.61kg2kg nameplate: 2.03kg, 2.09kg, 2.10kg, 2.11kgAs a warning, please check the item listing for your precise configuration lower down on the page. I found the marketing images at the top misleading as to the contents of some of the configurations, for example the 45lbs configuration doesn’t come with sufficient stands for pushups, but they are listed in full lower down.

A home gym must have!
These are amazing for anyone trying to start a home gym! It came really quick and was super easy to assemble. No directions required. I loved that it came with different attachments. I got this for the barbell but I fell in love with everything. I love that the free weights even fit on my weight bench’s leg bar. The padding is super comfortable and doesn’t irritate or hurt my shoulders while doing squats. Buy this! You won’t regret it.

Really nice quality and would definitely be worth it IF it came with all of the pieces. Iâm missing the kettle bell handle which is the main reason I bought it.

Pros: Price in comparison to adjustable dumbells like flybird.2) you can technically put other 1-inch weights on this bar. The diameter will allow for this, and that’s the main reason why I bought this set (for the ability to add weights later). I bought the 45 lb set and 20 lbs from elsewhere to save money.Also can use it in a number of configurations (although TBH I don’t see myself using most of the attachments after getting everything set up).Cons: The spin locks don’t spin off easily. You have to turn it manually like you would a screw in order for it to flip off.I’ve seen videos of other spin lock dumbells, and the lock comes off with two spins. This one is too stiff for that, and it’s actually extremely annoying. Makes changing the weights go from a 30 second ordeal to a 2 minute ordeal.Therefore if you don’t need the attachments, I’d really consider looking at another alternative which spins off faster.

They take forever to change because the tightening nuts don’t spin freely. You have to tediously spin every single turn, and there are many. Other than that the product does seem good. So if you don’t plan to change things very often, these might work just fine for you.
