It really works!
I bought this being very skeptical because the price is very low and that usually means it wonât work. However, I have drank 1 bottle cap full once a day for an entire week now and I have lost 2 inches on my waist!!! I have been active in the gym for 3 years now and have lost a little over 150 pounds. I got discouraged recently because Iâve been in a plateau for a while. This drink has gotten me out of my plateau and Iâll be buying this again soon! Yes, that is me in the pics and I have never had surgery or used any supplements except this current one Iâm reviewing ðTips:-Eat in a calorie deficit-lift weights (it really helps shape your body)-Do HIIT cardio most days out of the week (20-25 mins is all you need to see a difference)-Add this drink in your water for workouts. It tastes REALLY good and gives you energy for your entire workout! AND IT REALLY DOES HELP BURN FAT!

I have seen some inches come off but I feel like it gives me more energy and I feel like it stopped by cravings. Maybe itâs all mental who knows but I like the benefits of taking this. Quality is great and value for the money.

I purchased this instead of my normal brand. I have carnitine deficiency. Itâs more cost effective for me to buy it myself than go through insurance.This brand has sucralose in it, which can cause bloating and gas. The taste is not very good. Iâm not discrediting this brand at all! Itâs just not for me.
