It is my understnding that L-carnitine can boost my body’s metabolism which may help me to burn fat. I am hoping that with continued use I might see my waistline decrease in size.

Helps to shed fat, Hoping it Works!
First of all this seems to be a great value, itâs easy to swallow, and has no bad smell or taste to it.Iâm using this to help shed some fat since itâs so much harder to shed weight after pregnancy. Iâm no longer breastfeeding so feel ok to take this. For me this is best taken in the morning with a meal. Iâve heard it can have a side effect of insomnia but I havenât experienced any bad side effects.Iâm hoping it works for me along with increasing my exercise!

The product photos are correct, but the description is for a product Iâd like to buy, but it isnât even listed on the Natureâs Truth website, so I assume itâs no longer made.. This is 1000 mg of L Carnitine without CoQ10. Many people find 500 mg 2x per day is better, as this is not a time release.
