Pretty circle weight!
It’s pretty. It’s somewhat heavy but not overwhelmingly so. It’s nice to grip. It’s now a welcome addition to my home workouts.

Love them.
I like that it isnât the dumbbell shape. I have skinny wrists and I donât like swinging around heavy ended objects because it twists them. I donât know what the correct physics term is, but the weight distribution is what makes these weights great. And the grip is nice. My friends make fun of me how incredibly phallic they are in person. Maybe go for the green color if youâre not into that.

Just As Advertised
First, of I love that it’s different from the regular dumb ell design, the sides have a hexagonal grip to it to make it easier to hold, and since it’s made with a silicone coat, it’s sweat-proof and easy to wipe down clean. It even comes with its own pouch.

Great Little Dumbelss
Don’t think for a moment you can’t get in a good upper body workout using only 3Lb dumbells, I’m here to tell you straight up that you can and with marvelous results. I use these primarily for working my shoulders and back muscles and they work great. The trick is to do as many reps as possible “feel the burn” with controlled breaths. Really enjoying these as a nice new addition to my workouts.

Good
I choose these over the other pill shape weights because I liked the non rolling design. These look well made, however, the color is bit off in the picture, the green is not really a muted soft green, but a bright honeydew green. I exchanged for the black ones.

Not a sex toy
I don’t think they came with explicit directions not to use this as a sex toy, but that’s what they look like. Make sure to store separately as to not confuse your gym mates or sex partners.
