Fall asleep within 30 minutes, quality sleep feel rested!
I fall asleep within 30 minutes after taking the one pill!I was able to get myself off of taking a sleeping pill at night though they did knock me out to sleep the entire evening through morning, when I woke up, I was very groggy every morning!I am 62 years old and have been in menopause since age 50 by the mid to late 50s very difficult to lose weight plus difficult to reach REM deep sleep and sleep the night through the morning!Taking this supplement really helped me very quickly to get off of the bad habit of taking a OTC sleeping pill.The past three months , Iâve been doing several things to successfully lose weight and this supplement seems to be helping along with exercise, cardio- minimum of 3 x week itâs often 4-5 x week and since January 1st I do not eat food after dinner time also high protein and lots of veggies, I used to drink red wine every day with dinner since it has lots of calories I now drink herbal tea and occasionally a little bit of red wine.I have lost 10 pounds by all the many things Iâm doing as my lifestyle and I am very happy that this sleep supplement helps me sleep!-sleep is an important part of being healthy and developing a good metabolism

I was skeptical of this product when I first bought it yrs ago…but, after realizing I was the primary reason for the product not being effective and testing them out again…THIS PRODUCT LEGIT WORKS!!! If you stick w/ a proper diet and taking it in a timely manner, it works better than most would say…I try to keep the item in my rotation as much as possible now.

Good quality sleep
I’ve been taking NiteLean for a few weeks now, but not every night. Sometimes I forget to take it, and then it’s too late in the evening. I do get a good night’s sleep when I take it and I feel less bloated in the AM. I’ll continue taking it and hopefully will notice more benefits from taking it.

Love this stuff! Puts me to sleep in like 30m. I wake up not starving and usually clears my system out (not like laxative mode just think it makes stuff move in the night lol) I can definitely tell a difference along with my diet and exercise for sure!

I know every body is different so this may work well for many, it just didn’t for me. I took almost the whole bottle and saw no difference in my body and I eat pretty healthy most of the time and don’t snack. I really was hoping it would help me fall asleep like other supplents had in the past. This didn’t. The only thing is maybe I didn’t wake up as much during the night.
