Wayyyy too tight
I ordered my usual size as a replacement for one from another brand that had stretched out and this one is just way too tight in the upper arm. It takes the help of my husband to get it on and I can only wear it for short periods. This one was less money but Iâm going back to my other brand.

Does the job
I have had breast surgery many years ago, but because they took some lymph nodes out my arm does not drain fluid out the way it should. I have tried different compression sleeves and have not been happy with them. I saw this compression sleeve and decided I would try it. The first day I wore it I had a long sleeve blouse on and the very top of the compression sleeve seemed to roll down to my elbow which shouldnât. The next day I wore a T-shirt with the compression sleeve, and it stayed where it should all day long . I donât know why when I wear a long sleeve shirt or a jacket the sleeve doesnât stay in place. Maybe itâs the material rubbing that pulls it down. Iâm not sure. Anyway, I am still happy with the results of the compression sleeve. It is comfortable lightweight , and does the job that I wanted it to do. I wouldâve loved to give this five stars, but because of the slipping down of the sleeve when I wear a long sleeve shirt, I had to give it a four. I would still recommend this product though.

So far they are working great
I’ve tried quite a few different arm sleeves. I have two different diseases that make it necessary for me to wear compression garments. The ones I had previously were either too tight in the wrist (and my wrist is two sizes smaller than the other parts of my arm) or in the elbow, and they oftentimes wouldn’t stay up.Disclaimer: I’ve only been wearing these for about two hours, but so far they have stayed put and no part of my arm is hurting. I can feel the greater compression on the lower part of my arm where it is supposed to be! I think one thing I would like is for them to not be so long, but I would rather have them longer than shorter. If I don’t pull tight on the sleeve the extra material is not seen in wrinkles or bulges, it just lies flat. So far they have worked better than anything else I’ve tried.

Do not believe the size guide at all. Maybe 14
Not even close to the size it says it will fit!! Way to small. BY MEASUREMENT I should have well over an inch and a half play but this is does not fit even a family member with 15 inch biceps even tho this is supposed to fit up to 19.5

Just what I needed
I went way too long between lymphatic drainage sessions and my arm was swelling past the point that the originally prescribed sized compression garment fit (M). I needed something way bigger (XL) and fast. This garment arrived quickly and was inexpensive (compared to the Jobst brand) … and at first I was dubious that the little thing was going to work at all. BUT IT DID!!! I struggled at first getting it on, but once I did, I really did feel a difference. Happy with the quick delivery and. my purchase. Will order the next size down hopefully once things start to drain.

Didn’t last long!
Hello! First off, the compression is wonderful. I appreciate the relief it provides! The little stickies to keep it held up get irritated after awhile, but if I folder it down one time so the stickies are facing outwards, it’s fine.The problem is that after 1 use, the elastics started popping from the seems at the hand, where the sleeve meets to section off the thumb and the rest of the hand. This was present in both of the sleeves I ordered. Bummer!!Also, make sure to read the description carefully. The product is 1 sleeve, so if you need two, make sure you put two in your cart. Missed that when I ordered a slightly different product of theirs. Whoops.2 stars, because although the product provides the compression I need, I am upset I only got 1 use out of them before the little threads started popping out. 🙁
