This was suggested by my medical provider due to brain fog from menopause and post illness issues. I think it’s helping, I mean it’s too early to know if it is just placebo affect or not. Clarity at a cost
I started using this according to package directions in the morning before breakfast. At first, it’s great. I feel like I have a lot more energy and focus. The problem is that, for me, it came at a cost. About the time the work day was done, I would develop a headache and a sort of general “unwell” feeling. I cut back from two capsules to one, but it really didn’t make much difference. I use a couple of other supplements, so it could be an interaction issue. I’ll research a little and see if that might be the case.
