Control Portions
As with many people in todays world, I struggle with portion control. I wanted to try this and see if it would help. I think if I only made separate portions for everything this would work well. Chicken and vegetables. However, for a person that combines a lot of food (casseroles, stir-fry’s, etc) this is difficult to really separate out. There is a spot for protein, vegetable, fruit, and starch. I do think that over time it could help control the portions with each meal.

Normal portions!
I am now able to look back and realize that I’ve been eating far too much lol. The portions seem to be just what your body should be eating at a normal rate. Easily fits on your plate. Price is great too if you’re looking for some portion control.
