Very tasty “Muscle” Gummies!
After researching why a mature woman needs to add Creatine to their daily diet to help build muscle mass, because our muscles deteriate as we age… I was ALL about trying this product. I turned 60 this year and swear that everything went south in a hand basket!!! Batwings and all, uggg. I’m not ready to do a walker shuffle any time soon, so I want every advantage not to lose any more muscle! I can’t wait to start getting active again once the weather warms up to see the difference of how adding Creatine to my daily supplements is working for me. However, I am only taking a single dose of one gummy per day until I can incorporate regular exercize.These 5000 mg Mixed Berry Flavor gummies are really tasty no less. The texture is like having a delicious chewy fruit treat and leaves no unwanted aftertaste. They are 120 â 1/2 inch square gummies. I’ve been taking them for about 11 days now without any exercise, and for whatever reason I just feel better and more alive… why? I have no idea!!! It’s too early to tell how taking Creatine is actually changing or saving any muscular mass yet, but I will say, I feel less like saggy britches, and more like my energetic ‘ol self again.I have been on a carnivore diet, and don’t see any weight gain as it warns. But the package does say it increases energy, so that is likely why I just overall feel better. I likely wouldn’t have paid much more for these as they seemed expensive at twenty bucks, but what do I know about creatine? Except that I like simple ingredient lists which this one has! Water, isolate, maltitol, pectin, strawberry and blueberry flavor, black carrot juice, acid citrine, sodium citrate with ZERO sugar. It comes in a nice sized screw-top container to easily accessible. It’s vegan, non-gmo, GMP, and gluten free.

I love the flavor and taste of this creatine. I had try another brand creatine their formula changed afterward and I never liked and I order this one and the flavor I really like and the taste of the gummy really taste great..

This creatine monohydrate gummy tastes very good. The gummy is a small rectangular slab. You must eat 4 to get a full daily dose. It is easy to take a half dose twice a day if you prefer. It is easy to swallow because you can chew it.

First of all, these things are delicious! They taste great! I purchased these for the convenience when I travel for work. No messy powders that dont absorb well. The price is great compared to other gummies. I would def give them a try.

Why artificial sweeteners?
Effective but why use artificial chemically sweeteners like isomalt & maltitol when simple natural cane sugar is readily available.

I have been using these for 2 weeks now and so far they are great. They taste just like a gummy candy should taste. No bad aftertaste and I have noticed an easier recovery time post workouts. I am currently in menopause and I was told that creatine helps with some of the symptoms. So far I have to say I feel pretty good.

I take creatine on a regular basis since a couple of months but it’s sometimes hard to include it in my routine, especially during weekends as I tend to forget.So I began to think to replace it with something easier to ingest and then I found this product. How can we forget to eat gummies/candies? I don’t think it’s even possible, haha!Seriously, I definitely recommend this form/size of creatine as the gummies are excellent and easy to ingest. These gummies are really good. I really liked the taste and the consistency was very similar to a regular gummie. The dosage is 4 gummies to get 5mg of creatine, making this a 30 day supply if you stick with 5 mg per day. I feel a difference when taking creatine and it seems to help reduce my fatigue during workouts and assists with my recovery. I would buy this again and recommend it to anyone that likes creatine in gummie form
