Move over, whey protein — there’s a new bird in town. I usually stick to whey like it’s a life raft, but Fitmingo totally changed my mind (and my morning routine). First of all, can we talk about the packaging? It’s so cute I almost didn’t want to open it. That fabulous flamingo looks like it’s about to strut right off the can and into a tropical protein paradise.Now for the important stuff: I put this magical powder into my iced coffee and braced for the dreaded “protein chunk surprise” — but spoiler alert — it stirred in perfectly smooth. No blender bottle, no desperate praying while shaking, just instant creamy goodness.Beyond the flawless mixability, Fitmingo is packed with a ton of amino acids, vitamins, collagen, and a solid 23 grams of plant-based protein — it’s like the Swiss army knife of supplements. I feel like I’m sipping my way to glowing skin, strong muscles, and a slightly smug sense of superiority all at once.Honestly, with a protein this good, I half-expect the flamingo to wink at me every morning. Five stars, two wings up, and one giant thank you to Birdman for creating the cutest, most effective lifestyle protein out there.

I honestly had such low expectations…
This item surprised me so much. I usually just buy whatever protein is on sale, and when I saw that this was half off I decided to try it out. Typically vegan proteins gross me out soo much, they have a weird bean-y aftertaste, never mix right, and the macros are never as good, but I just chug my protein for the gains so not really a big deal. BUT when I tried this out I was so pleasantly surprised! First thing I noticed was that it blends incredibly easy, even easier than some whey proteins I’ve used. It also tastes great, I got the vanilla flavor and can definitely see my self making a protein cookie dough with this. The macros aren’t the best, for example my Ghost whey protein is 130 Calories for 25g of protein and this one is 140 for 23g, but they are pretty good overall. I can’t speak to the other health benefits (Collagen Boosters and Hyaluronic Acid) as I haven’t been using this for long enough, but I definitely recommend this based on taste, how well it blends, and macros.

The ingredients are safe, the seal came in with no contact so it’s so secured! Clumpiness is not an issue at all!!! It will dissolve almost instantly, it’s definitely worth the money, and it was easy to digest for me, but remember that not everyone’s body works the same!

Me gusta esta prote porque tiene buen sabor y no inflama el estomago y no scaa granos 10/10

Es muy buena la proteína, La verdad no conozco a Ale Rubio, solo la compre por el precio y por la marca en si.¿Qué le vi de malo? Su sabor y en como se diluye. En si se diluye relativamente bien, pero aun se sienten grumos, y sobre el sabor, sabe casi a cartón, con un toque de mora azul y el sabor que te deja la coca-cola sin azúcar. Así que te recomiendo ir por tu licuadora, ponerle de 4 a 5 fresas, 1 cucharada de azúcar si de verdad odias el sabor (esto es opcional y la cuchara es chiquita evita consumirla si puedes) y ponle Hielos, yo le pongo hielos redondos chicos, entre 4 a 6 hielos, lo dejas batir un rato y el sabor se sentirá pasable.No soy el indicado para decirles si esta proteína es la mejor o la peor que hay en el mercado o si les dará los mismo resultados que a mi, pero en general, para una persona como yo, que soy sedentaria, no solía tomar mucha agua y comía solo 1 vez al día si bien me iba, pues me hizo sentir con energías por las mañanas. El bote dice que te la prepares en 300ml pero yo la preparo en 600ml para que me rinda mientras hago ejercicio. A mi me ha estado sirviendo, si te quieres animar, te recomiendo mucho que tomes en cuenta lo del sabor y si en verdad quieras un producto vegetal o basado en leche.Y Si te preguntabas, revuelve el estomago? Pues no mucho, si se siente algo después de tomártela, pero se pasa a los 5 minutos. Después te sientes muy ligero, a comparación de una proteína que probé de la Farmacia Similares, que si me hacia sentir mal, pero si sabia bien xd.La seguiré tomando hasta que necesite una mejor proteína cuando ya tenga mas resultados en mis ejercicios.
