Only functioned for one month.
I initially gave this product a one-star review because it stopped working after a month. To my surprise, the company promptly reached out after seeing my review and worked diligently to troubleshoot the issue. Despite my efforts to plug it in, the original mug wouldnât function. After exchanging a video and several messages, they graciously sent me a replacement mug, which arrived today. Iâm truly impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction.Additionally, I discovered that using the charging cable from the new mug fixed the original one, which I had assumed was defective. It turns out the issue was likely the cable, not the mug itself. Iâve contacted the company to either return the replacement or purchase it, as I donât want to take advantage of their generosity. This companyâs outstanding service has made me a loyal customer, and I highly recommend their products.

Absolutely delivered as advertised. My only issue is that no matter from where I start the twist to close the top it always ends with the handle being right handed. The straw sits at a 60 degree angle making left handed drinking impossible. Oh well. Already bought another for my mother.

Beginning 60 day trial. What drew me to this specific hydration bottle- size, handle, the sipper lid, and portability. Unboxing is exactly as shown and start-up is just as easy. I had filled the cup to the brim for cleaning, which as expected caused a bit of leakage once the cleaning cycle was engaged. I popped the straw to vent- leakage stopped. Finished cleaning cycle, gave my plants a good drink with the cleaning water. Refilled water to the black band, made sure seals were sealed, engaged hydrogen production. No leakage this time, water tastes great!Questions not answered with informationals:1) When traveling and only empty drinking vessels pass through TSA, I assume you reinsert the “plug” to protect the membranes, but is that enough or do you need to leave a bit of water as well?2) How long does the battery last lifetime wise and are there replacement batteries available?

DO NOT BUY!! Less than 3 weeks after i bought it, it started leaking out of the bottom of the cup.

I bought it mainly to tackle fatigue and bloating, and Iâve definitely seen improvements in both my energy and digestion. The water tastes noticeably cleaner compared to what I used to drink. Itâs not the cheapest option out there, but if you care about your health, itâs a solid investment.

Iâve read about the health benefits of hydrogen water and decided to try. I had one bottle the first day and 2 the second day. That night I felt really dizzy and it turns out that that is a side effect. So maybe one bottle a day from now on.

Love this machine.. use it ALL DAY EVERYDAYâ¦I even take it to work..I also DO NOT hold the handle when twisting on and off the top.. I would avoid that. Reason being, one use pop that handle off, never be that same.I avoided any reviews until I have used this for almost 5 months.. and I have a smaller unit that I use while taking my vitamins then Iâm on this one the rest of the day.. itâs a BEAST!!

I am not a huge EVOLV because I needed something that hold more than 500-700ml as my kids tend to always forget their water and guzzle mind. Finally something that fits in my drink holder that will have a little left for when I need a healthy drink. The colour is beautiful and it is leak proof, and capacity is GREAT so like better than the other h2 bottles. Hydrogen will stay for up to 2-4hs
