I suggest you order a size up
I like the way it compresses my arms and smooth my back. The only complaint is the elastic cutting into my arms. I order a medium short sleeve. I bought a second one in large 3/4 sleeve and itâs perfect.

Not very comfortable.
I was so excited to see this, hoping that it would help give me a slimmer look to my upper body. My arms are a little thick, and I feel like I have side boobs. The garment did make everything look smooth, but it was absolutely excruciating to wear all day. It was tight in places that made it difficult for me to even lift my arms. Perhaps it runs small.
