Great Read
I’ve heard such great things about this book that I actually bought one for myself and bought one for my cousin, because we love reading short books like this

A very interesting read
I have recently experienced my thoughts racing. Too much to digest. I realized some of the practices mentioned in these pages were things I already unknowingly utilized and it helped me to remember that they work when used properly. Also, I learned new ones. The Brain Dump is a tactic I will employ the next time my brain is overwhelmed. As with most readings, not 100% is applicable. But the parts that were, were very needed.

Great concept but repetitive
I think the concept is great and has some good tools but I felt like I was reading a paper someone wrote trying to meet a word count. Very repetitive and rewording the sentences to make more lines on the page.

This book brings different useful concepts together however, the fact that is self-published means that no editor’s eyes reviewed the book before it went to print. That translates into numerous instances where the same sentences are repeated throughout sections. This makes the reader feels as if they are reading in a loop and that the essence of the concepts the sections convey is lost. The book would benefit to be stripped from these sentences loops which would enhance its conciseness.
