These are exactly what I needed for food prep. I can make individual meals and freeze them then put right in the oven. Makes dinner time nice and easy.

Beware of Cling Wrap!
This is getting less than 5 stars for the damn cling wrap!!They put a layer of cling wrap on the top of each lid, THEN assemble the clamps onto the lid, so the cling wrap was pinched under the camps (donât worry there was only TEN!) I had to remove at least two clamps (the bigger ones) in order to remove the wrap because I didnât want the plastic to end up in the dishwasher & possibly break it. The clamps arenât the easiest to remove either, luckily none broke, but my hands/thumbs are sore after. I would have zero complaints about these containers if it wasnât for the cling wrap.

Good choice nice for the price.
Really nice and solid. They are the perfect size for a single person. They go into the freezer with no issue of breaking which is nice. One thing that is a little issue is the silicone seal is a little harder to get in after they are washed but not a big problem.

I love these. They are multifunctional ad do not tak up a lot of space. Being able to take from the fridge to the microwave is a big plus.
