Simple to use, simple easy design concept, comes with knee pad wish it was thicker knee pad with more grip to stay in place, very functional, super comfortable to use, you can really feel the burn with working out with this the workout effective

Okay sooooo I am one of those that always skip the abs workout. Using this product I started seeing the definitions on myabs.at first I didnt trust this product but it worked. Only issue I encountered is that thd rubber or plastic on the roll started leaving residues or black stuffs. Other than that it was good product

I’ve always seen the rollers with a small wheel and very hard to use. This is a game changer!! Snaps into place, just make sure its the right so a phone can fit on unit. Not that I’ll be on it long enough to watch something. Now about using it: it’s very comfortable. Your arms supports. I won’t say it’s easy, it gives you a good workout. Have to do a little at a time. I find it’s like doing a plank when I stretch out. It won’t work on a rug, I tried using my yoga mat and it bunches it up. Best on hard wood, vinyl.Highly recommend it. Now I wonder how the ones are that are a little more expensive.
