Well-designed and efficient.
These things work great! They cut precise, even pieces of chives, parsley, other herbs quickly, with little effort. Easy to clean under running water, with a tiny âcombâ to remove small bits and a cover that slides on easily to protect the scissors and the person operating them.

Very sharp but hard to clean and trouble with dried peppers
I’m looking forward to using these once my garden starts putting out herbs again. Until then I’ve been using it to cut dried peppers, which works pretty well but does have some trouble when there are a lot of seeds to cut through. Not the end of the world because I was really wanting to use these with fresh herbs.My wife and kids have used it on scallions and some herbs, they like it a lot but they leave it for me to clean (like everything else…), sometimes it can be a little hard to clean as a result. I think it would be fine if they would just rinse it first and use the included brush.

I cannot imagine what I did before I purchased these herb scissors! I grow my own herbs and this pair makes short work of dicing them into small pieces. So much easier than a knife.

great for fresh herbs
If you like using fresh herbs when you cook – this is a must-have! These work great, they are easy to clean adn store adn the priced perfectly for what they are. They were purchased as a birthday gift and they are still sharp 7 months later with weekly use. They are not heavy or hard to use and have held up well.

Great Chive Chopper
I like these multibladed kitchen shears for herbs. They’re excellent for cutting herbs like chives. They included a brush-like tool to completely clear the blades of trapped scraps.

It does its job.
This is okay, not my favorite kitchen utensil but it does its job. For example, cutting green onions you have to use the tool every cut that sweeps through the blades. The food doesn’t just fall off after you cut it, you have to you the sweep through tool to get the food out. I know it doesn’t seem much, it just got annoying that it probably would have been easier to just cut the green onions with a knife.

Very bad product! Not sharp! I wasnât able to cut very soft herbs eg soft leaves of sweet basil or coriander.

Boa tesoura, tanto para quem não é muito habilidoso com cortes finos na cozinha, como para quem tem problemas nas mãos (tremor, etc.). Poderia ser mais afiada. Cortei cebolinha, tempero verde (menos o talo, pois prefiro pedaços grandes) e couve. A couve experimentei dobrada em 4, mas requer força, pois o fio de corte não é muito afiado, dobrada em 2 fica mais fácil e termina sendo mais rápido. Tem que usar a escova todo o tempo para retirar as folhas cortadas que ficam entre as lâminas. Vem com capa para guardar. Supérfluo para quem curte utilitários de cozinha.

So happy I got this, make it way easier to cut up chives, parsley and cilantro while I’m cooking – looks like I spent an hour chopping away with a knife!
