I tested this on strawberries, kiwis, HB eggs, bananas, small apples, & mushrooms – all frequent items in my familyâs diet and a pain to slice. I love how well this works. All were sliced easily, evenly, at just the right thickness, and stayed corralled in the container until I was ready to transfer to a plate. A big time saver and maybe best of all no sticky, gooey mess on my knife, fingers, or cutting board. Itâs easy to clean as well. Just a reminder, the first time I used it I carelessly didnât align the prongs and blades and was disappointed that it didnât slice all the way through⦠well, duh! LOLâ¦
