Not Enough Resistance
These resistance bands are thinner than expected. The gray band, labeled as 25 lbs, doesnât provide much challengeâeven for me as a smaller female. I was hoping for more tension and challenge but they fell short of my expectations. The set arrived in the product’s box without any outer packaging. On a positive note, the product arrives quickly!

Happy with item but maybe a thought for the seller tape up your box you send it in , think I was lucky to get 4 of the bands as box was actually opened both ends and could have dropped out in transit
