Surprisingly soothing sound
The tone emitted from this cool mindfulness tool is that magical 528 Hz frequency (the C note on an instrument tuned to A = 444 Hz). Combining mindful breathing and music/tonal therapy is brilliant. I like the looks of it: brushed stainless steel cylinder on a beaded chain, and a length of coated black cord is included to change up the look if you wear the tool as a pendant. (I prefer the stainless beaded chain). I like the sound of it, too; I can hear the quality of my breath on exhale, and the tone is strangely soothing, sort of similar to listening to ancient Gregorian chants. The color description says white, but the finish is brushed silver-tone stainless. The other choice of color that can be selected is âblack,â so I guess âwhiteâ simply means ânot black.â In any case, this is a beautiful pendant presented in a padded box like fine jewelry, and would make an excellent gift for someone who practices various forms of mindful behaviors.
