GREAT! GOOD WORKOUT. ITEM AS DESCRIBED.
Exactly as described. I have never used one before and it was easy to put together even without reading the instructions. Trying to use it on day one was a complete fail. I just could not get it going but on day two, after a bit of research I found out how to use it and love it. For me the keys are 1) have the belt quite tight around your waist. 2) the further apart your feet are the easier it is to use. 3) just sway from left to right. Now up to about 20 mins at a time. I found it works my thigh muscles rather than waist which was unexpected but I will take any workout I can get. Oh and fold your arms to keep them out of the way.

Easy to use and fun!!
This thing is awesome!ð It was simple to assemble. It is easy to use also. I’m a plus size girl but I had no trouble getting use to it. I got it today and it is so fun! I would have posted a video but you would have laughed your butt off! LOL I hope I can get out of bed in the morning! LOL It is easy to do but a workout for sure. Can’t wait to see the links disappear! ð

Okay, so I waited about a month before writing this review so I could accurately review it.I am 33, with endo and have been bloated and gaining weight this last year. Dr’s want to do surgery but I didn’t want to be overweight and have a surgery that’s known to wreak havoc on your hormones and then be even more over weight so I needed to try something.I wasn’t working out before hand but I am a SAHM and have an asd child so I wasn’t sedentary either. I kept seeing the weighted hoop ads and figured why not so I ordered this.The first day was spent watching videos trying to get it to spin and figure out how my body should be moving with it. Started off with 30 minutes a day, and once I got the hang of it I really enjoyed it. I put music on and go at it. I’m doing anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes a day. I was able to take off 1 link in 30 days and about to loose the 2nd. You truly get a work out, by the end I’m usually sweating a gallon of water out of my body.The cons, I can technically take the 2nd link off now, but it’s so tight I can feel the roller moving over my body and got bruised a bit. So I added the link back and while it’s loose it’s dooable.And disclaimer: I do the hoop, I also cut out soda and added 30 minutes on the treadmill 6 days out of the week. 30 days later and I’m 15 pounds skinner.

Super easy and fun, top quality materials.
This exercise system is so much fun, carnival season is just around the corner and I am seeing the results after only 2 weeks of use. Itâs very easy to assemble, the motion is as natural as using a regular hula hoop. Functionality gets a 10/10, to adjust size is as easy and removal of links is super easy also. Build quality far exceeded my expectations, the links feel very sturdy and strong, the weight is heavy enough to make the rotation feel effortless when momentum is gained.

Works well took me a couple days to get the hang of, I am able to keep it spinning for a good amount of time now. My kids work it easily. Itâs fun to do easy to change size as different people use it. Iâm enjoying this product

Not for Me
My fat build was never good at hula hooping. As it turns out, that’s monumentally important to making this work. What!? Who woulda thunk!? …I couldn’t get it to maintain enough momentum to keep it going. Operator error, but also, several friends couldn’t get it either.

Edit*I’m here to revise my review after watching a beginners video. It takes practice. I had the size adjusted too loose. I had to make it tight enough do that it sat level on my hips. It cannot be tilted. I adjusted the length of the rope several times, but finally found the right length for me. Then I tried it several times. Each time I was able to do it longer. I’ve decided to keep it and continue to practice until I can do it even longer.I’m not quite sure how I feel about this yet. I just got it and immediately opened it. It’s definitely been used and returned. It’s dirty and the inside of the box is dirty. I cleaned it off with disinfectant wipes and gave it a try. It gets stuck and doesn’t continue to swing around the way its advertised. I might watch videos to see if I can get it to work correctly. I might just return it.

Easy to put together, so easy & comfortable to use, absolutely no noise from this, the weighted ball runs really smoothly. broke my wrist a few years ago so there is a weakness in my right wrist but for me this was easy to remove. Glad I purchased this item.
