Amazing daily nuggets!
Just pickup a copy!…you won’t regret it! It’s an easy & quick read daily to start your day!I highly recommend the spiral version. Set it aside open on your end table & read it as soon you get up. Using the other version, the pages will come loose! That means you’re using it. âºï¸Also, these make great gifts and you can use it year after year! December provides you with a wonderful challenge (don’t cheat in July & read it)!

Gorgeous and easy to read
The layout of this book is so friendly, that I feel taken care of just glancing through the beautiful pages. Then, one page, one tiny thought at a time, Dr. Zoe takes us with her to explore a variety of tinctures to aid our soul. Thank you for this lovely companion.

More like a magazine article
Good ideas we have all heard before but often arenât doing. I donât think reading this very brief book would change any of that.

This is a beautifully presented and helpful ebook. As I just downloaded it a couple of days ago, I decided to start using it right away and turned (make that flippedð) to the correct/current date in October. Lo and behold, the very first suggestion spoke to me loud and clear. It was all about slowing down which is something I’ve always struggled with, even more so recently with a BIG (life changing) move in the works. That bit of synchronicity really set a good tone for continuing to use this guide on a daily basis. No matter how busy we get, it is never a waste of time to make time for some nurturing, reflection and self love. Too many people tend to put everyone else’s needs first, until their own”well runs dry” either physically or emotionally (been there, done that).Taking care of our own needs is NOT selfish, just the opposite imo. And a guide like this might be just what you need to get back on track in that regard.Highly recommended.Geraldine Helen Hartman, author of,”Laughing at the Grim Reaper! Gems of Wisdom for Aging Well”ð·ð·ð·Helpful votes are most appreciated!ð
