Energy Booster
I was very hesitant to purchase any item of this nature because no matter what they just don’t work. Most reviews said “gives me energy” and for nothing else but that I wanted to give it a try. I can tell you my experience is YES it does give me energy! It is not the jittery energy and there is no crash. I just feel awake and I feel my mood is boosted. I have lost about a lb and a half the first week, but I usually chalk that up to logging my food intake and shedding water weight. I would highly recommend this product if you are wanting an energy lifter but I can’t confirm if it assist in actual shedding of weight.

It Works!Update: Several months in & Still Working!!Losing it in areas I didn’t even think I could.Lost inches even though the scale didnât show much at first so I wasnât sure â¦I weight lift and do cardio each day so I tend to hold onto muscle and build muscle too, so at first I wasnât sure if it was working to lose weight, until I tried on a pair of pants. I knew I was eating much less each day because these pills work as an appetite suppressant to help you not eat as often and as much per serving size while keeping energy upâ¦thatâs where these really work!⦠plus help give you clean energy(I was already used to taking in about 80mg caffeine and though this maybe has more it felt the same with no ups or downs).Also, I usually eat pretty healthy through the week (4-5 small meals daily with all 3 macros in it-higher in protein) then I have a cheat meal on date night with hubby and a small dessert serving, but otherwise I eat pretty goodâ¦I just gained a bit being on bedrest after a surgery.I love trying new supplements so I have tried hundreds of products over the years, especially the more popular ones at the health food stores as well as online, and I will say that are spot on and what these mostly did for me was in appetite suppression/clean energy-control hunger pangs. Eat a good dinner a few hours before bedtime. I like steamed green vegetables plus a half cup of brown rice and 6 oz of either fish, shrimp, turkey or chicken. Avoid a heavy late meal. If you need a late night meal try a small, healthy bowl of cereal with low calories (150 per cup) or a protein drink or celery or light string cheese and rice crackersâ¦keep it light at night.Stay strong. You can do it!

Kickstart to losing weight.
They have definitely helped kickstart my weighed loss. I ordered on May 3rd and starting taking them the next day. I took 1 pill for a week and increased to two a week morning and night. I was 261 after the first week I was 254. I weighed myself on May 17th and was 244. (I also drink a lot of water, daily exercise and healthy eating.)

Honest review.
This is an honest review from someone who has tried everything from Herbalife to Hydroxycut. Phenaprin works for me. The first day I took the first pill I got extremely jittery & my hands were shaking but it wore off in about 30 minutes. Iâve been taking this pill twice a day for a week. One pill at 730am and the second pill at about 12pm. It definitely curbs my appetite. Iâll eat 2 boiled eggs or some toast after the first pill & chicken salad or a regular salad after the second one but I feel full instantly. Once I get home around 7pm Iâm hungry for dinner so I eat a normal meal. I started at 188lbs & Iâm down to 183lbs. It may not be much to some but for just taking for one week, Iâll take the 5lb weight loss. I will definitely be buying another bottle. The pill isnât going to make you lose the weight it suppresses your appetite and gives you energy. What you do after that depends on your weight loss. Eat lesser portions and go for walks. It doesnât have to be much but youâre definitely not going to notice results stuffing your face and sitting on your butt.

It’s far from being a Phentermine Dupe
If you’re wanting this to act like Phentermine(Adipex) – it’s not. Phentermine makes my brain ignore hunger pangs for about 10-12 hours. I would have to force myself to remember to eat something so I wouldn’t pass out. On Phentermine I wouldn’t even THINK about food for an entire day nor would I ever feel the slightest bit of hunger.On Phenaprin – I still feel hungry but just not as much as I normally do. My body is still telling me to eat something, but I find myself not eating as much and feeling full. I also don’t have much of a desire for mindless snacking as I normally do. It helps, but it certainly isn’t prescription grade stuff. Also, I do still have to take this with other supplements like b12 and chromium when I’m menstrual so I won’t eat up everything that’s sweet and within reach. Also, I normally drink 100 ounces of water or more a day, never any sodas. One coffee in the morning. I’ve been on it for a couple of weeks, no weight loss. No jittery feeling, so that’s always a plus. But I don’t think I’ll order another bottle once this one is done. This is not the miracle pill that Adipex is! But also once you stop Adipex you gain everything back.
