Crushing ability
The blender easily crushes my large, frozen strawberries for my daily protein smoothie. It also blends all six ingredients well, with no clumping.

Love this powerful quality blender! Easy to use, easy to clean. It is loud but it works so quickly you will barely notice! I have used other brands that have many parts. I love thid no-nonsense, no-gimmick product that works like a beast!!

Great machine with a lot of great things going for it. #1 and most importantly, my morning smoothie has never been smoother [or quicker]. Blackberry or raspberry seeds, non-existent! The lid has extra “snap-latches’ for a crazy good seal if needed and it seems to have a self-diagnosis thing doing on that varies blade intensity quiet well through the cycles. The only issue that cost a star is sorta big though. The machine is too light! Even with it grippy looking pads underneath, it dances all over my counter-tops while it blends. Fortunately for us it ‘dances’ towards the back-splash. However, we could not use it on our island for margaritas for a party as we did with our Ninja – because it’ll dance right off the side. [leaving nasty black skid marks, along its path everywhere btw] Figure that flaw out and it’s the best blender ever!

Terrible Support
I received the blender in the manufacturers box, no damages. When I went to register it for the warranty (keep in mind you only get 7 days!) the QR code did not work. I tried repeatedly and from different browsers and devices. Alternatively, I emailed their provided support email and guess what? It kicked back as no such domain. I contacted Customer Service at Amazon and they had the same results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING unless youâre willing to risk losing $80.00 in the event it quits working.

Container is not glass, you need to manually force it to crush ice via PULSE manipulation
I thought the container would be glass but it is some type of Pyrex or plastic. The cap is poorly designed with lock down tabs that don’t catch too well and a screw on access cap that is too loose and easy to pop off. The tabs will eventually break off from being pushed and pulled back and forth. I have a blender with 4 blades that chops ice on-cycle better than this one, you MUST use the pulse function to crush the ice (even the pre-programmed ice crush mode doesn’t do it).It does have a large capacity and what seems to be a super-powerful motor, however, functionality stand to be improved. Even if it had a mode that “pulsed” / “stop” for you it would be more automated.

I was going back and forth on getting this and the ninja but Iâm glad I got this instead it works better than the ninja and has more power. I keep this on my kitchen countertop and use this to make a smoothie every morning for me and my husband
