Fast and easy
Iâve never had one of these kitchen gadgets. Right now Iâm just basically playing with it and learning how to use it. Itâs pretty easy to use. My husband likes that apples can be thinly sliced. It seems to be pretty safe to use. I think it will work pretty well for cutting veggies for stir-frying.

This thing works great! I have had several of these things so I was a little skeptical but I got it out, figured out how everything works, the depth and width can be adjusted, and the handle locks down, it is Awesome! Can have different thicknesses of stuff, different widths, it just works really well. Blades are really sharp so slices things very easily. It comes with a little cleaning brush so thats easy to do. It comes apart so you can get into where the food is. Stores in a small space. I will be getting more as presents for people.

Youâre going to absolutely HATE this thing, until you start using itâ¦.it will blow you away ! I have personally bought and used more of those El CheapÅ ( Finger Slicers ! )â¦some of which were not so cheap, than I would care to admit. The BIG, BIG, Deal with It isâ¦..if you want to slice your fingers with it, youâll need lots of help ! Even then, it wonât be possible ! At home we unaffectionally refer to our non-descript âbanjoâ as the âfinger-slicerâ. YOU are going to LOVE this thing ! No more sliced fingers ! Youâll have options and opportunities you never dreamed of. I am a bit of a âgadget guyâ and as such it is very important to me that my âStuffâ works ! It does everything it âsaysâ it will. Just wait âtill you prepare your first ( I call them âpotato chips) thinly sliced spuds and fryâem up to perfection !Iâve got a whole bucket of âtimeâ in my shop that Iâve saved from using itâ¦..Wow ! I could use that extra time for some more projects !

Sharp, works well, but design is for right handed user
This would be a good set to have for a right handed individual in their kitchen, fold out easily for them, sharp blades you don’t have to change or touch (and convenient brush included to get stuck item out from beneath or behind the blades safely)I’m mentioning this about right hand people ..Because as a left handed, it’s not intuitive for me to use. It’s awkward to open with my dominant hand, harder to clean for me, and I have to constantly refer to diagrams and instructions to use (my right handed relatives find it a LOT easier and safer for them to use)The chute is large, I was able to put in a half onion to slice easily (and even a decent size tomato too).This wouldn’t be appropriate to slice such as carrots (celery, etc).All in all, mixed bag for me. Being a left handed, it’s not intuitive like I would want, but it does the job well enough.( YES, can clean in dishwasher! That’s the big selling point here as well)
