Seems like a high-quality CLA product
With respect to the desired health effects of CLA, it seems to be moderately effective for some people at reducing new body fat accumulation in conjunction with exercise. Alas, the drastic reductions in existing body fat seen in animal models donât seem to be in the cards for humans. So donât expect miracles; CLA isnât among those supplements that make their effects blatantly obvious.Still, Iâve been taking it over the past couple months while spending more time indoors thanks to winter, and Iâve been pleased with it so far. It seems like a well-manufactured and high-quality product, itâs priced competitively compared to other brands, and the suggested maximum daily dosage should be safe even in the long term. As always, use common sense when dosing supplements.Note that the higher dosage version of this product may be more cost-effective per unit weight on a given day.

Better than standard fish-oil pills
First off, don’t take this or any supplements without consulting with your doctor. I am not your doctor.I take a nice full handful of pills every morning, and I took some time to get used to these for a week or two before I gave a full rating. I wanted to compare to what I already take and see if there are any interactions.I can’t say these are any better than the CLA I was taking before, but there is nothing wrong with them, and that’s a good thing. I tend to get a full load of vitamins from my food during the week anyway, but it’s nice to know you’re always getting a decent load of healthy fats, especially on days I pull out a salad for lunch instead of protein.

I had not taken CLA for quite a few years.
Decided to take CLA again after quite a few years. I am prediabetic so decided to try again to see if it helps.Th capsules are quite large and somewhat difficult to swallow because of the size. But my biggest negative about this product, is the strange strong odor when you open the bottle to get a capsule.

Large softgels with bad smell but as expected with CLA
The bottle arrived quickly and properly sealed. There is a 120 day supply of large softgels. They do have a smell to them but that is common with CLA supplements. They appear to be good quality but as supplements are not FDA regulated I can not guarantee the ingredients or absorption.

Be ready to poop more
These pills are about the size of a typical fish oil pill. They don’t have a flavor to them but they have a smooth gel case that makes it easy to swallow. These pills (not sure how well they boost your immune system) but they do make you poop more and you can tell that it’s cleaning out all the extra toxins in your body.
