Great Quality and Affordable Recovery Tool
Iâve been using the Amazon Basics High Density Foam Roller (24″) for a few weeks now, and itâs quickly become a staple in my recovery routine. The roller is firm, durable, and holds its shape even with regular use. Itâs great for targeting tight muscles in my back, legs, and hips after workouts or long days at a desk.The 24-inch size is perfectânot too bulky, but long enough to use comfortably along the spine or for both legs at once. Itâs also lightweight and easy to store.If you’re looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly foam roller that gets the job done, this is a solid choice. Good quality
This foam roller is well built. I was worried about quality when I ordered it, but was relieved when I received it and it was up to par with the big names. Iâve used this foam roller pretty hard and it is still firm and did not dent or break like some of the cheaper versions.

Felt amazing to use until it broke in half
It was great while it lasted. It has a decent density when you donât need the intensity of a harder foam roller. Iâve had this for 1 year and almost 3 months and I used it quite regularly for about 8 months and then sporadically for the other 7 months. Until the other day, it just broke in half suddenly when I was using it. I know this type of foam roller isnât built to last like the higher quality ones but I didnât expect this to happen. I think Iâll go back to spending more on the higher quality types so that they last longer because replacing it after just over a year of use isnât practical for me. But overall, giving it 4 stars because it really did feel good as a deep tissue massage without being too intense.

Back Saver
It doesn’t look like much, but it sure does the job. It’s a foam roller like you find in a dance studio or gym, except you don’t have to share it with a lot of other sweaty people. I can feel my spine getting aligned, and it has helped break up the myofascial buildup to release the muscle fibers. Surprisingly, the muscle tones show better now. If you are large and/or tall, this might be too narrow at 12 inches.

This roller is firm – if you’re looking for something with a bit of cushioning, you should search for low- or medium-density rollers instead. The size is good, the quality seems good as well.

I read a lot of reviews for foam rollers after I had to dispose of my last one due to a naughty dog… The reviews all had the Amazon Basics foam roller in the top 1 or 2 products so I thought I’d give it a go.It’s less that half the price of my old roller and better in terms of how it performs! It’s very firm, but I think that makes it more effective.
