Wear when you need it for elbow support
Elbow pains gets compressed with this item. It is supportive and barely restricts motion. Nice reminder to not do any sudden movement that may aggravate a soar elbow. Donât wear it all the time, but when I plan to move around and feeling it already. You control how tight it is.

Allows to bowl pain free
I have bowlers (tennis) elbow and have been looking for a brace that fits well and does what a brace should do. Iâm lucky to have found that in this product. I have purchased other braces before, same price or more, but lesser quality. They didnât work. Glad I took the chance on this one.

Not for me
I thought it would be better. Not bad, but using just a regular brace works better for me. The sleeve is warm and I feel my hand is immobilized. Not bad, but personally I prefer a small brace.

Seems Like an Excellent Product To Me
Seems to be a really good product. My pain is intense, so this only brings it down about 30%, but other things I’ve tried don’t even help that much. The velcro is very strong…to the point where you don’t want it to accidentally get stuck on the rest of the armband, or it risks ripping a hole right through it when you attempt to remove it. So, make sure you always have the velcro attached to the proper felt piece on the band, even when you aren’t wearing it. Honestly, that’s my only ‘complaint,’ with this product. It’s designed very well and seems to work great.

Alivio inmediato y gran soporte
Excelente codera. Desde que la uso, el dolor por tendinitis ha disminuido notablemente durante mis entrenamientos. Se ajusta perfectamente (talla XL) y brinda compresión sin incomodar. Ideal para quienes sufren de codo de tenista o artritis.

Decent, but for basic use only
This is a decent support brace for basic limited use or what I would think of as non-standard use cases. The fabric is soft and comfortable which is nice to wear for extended periods. It doesn’t seem to get itchy or scratchy in places like other braces I have tried. The over all size is right for my arm (XL) to provide sufficient compression without being too tight in the area I need to support. In that respect I think this is a decent brace that does what it needs to.I didn’t give it a higher rating however because it has some fundamental limitations. The strap is very badly placed in my opinion. It’s almost at the very end of the brace. You can see it in the pictures, but I guess I didn’t realize, relative to the brace size, what that meant without seeing it in person. I have tendonitis pain right next to the elbow joint on the forearm. The most typical area for tennis elbow I believe. In order for the brace’s strap to provide the desired additional support, the sleeve has to be moved almost all the way up the arm so that it is mostly on the bicep. This leaves little of the sleeve to support the actual area I want to treat and gets very uncomfortable for me in a short period of time. It cuts off circulation in the bicep and my upper arm starts to get a deep ache after only about 10-15 minutes. I have another brace that was too small, but the strap is more centrally located on that brace. It provides much better over all support to the elbow area vs this sleeve and provides much more positioning adjustability to locate the strap in the optimal location. The other issue is the strap isn’t long enough. Ideally I only need a little more additional support most of the time beyond the sleeve compression itself. The minimal length for the strap to secure to itself around the forearm is still quite a bit of pressure, too much for me unless I am actively trying to protect the elbow during exercise etc. You can also attach the strap to the sleeve itself, but the Velcro will quickly tear up the fabric of the sleeve itself. Even an accidental attachment to the sleeve fabric results in pulled and frayed areas. My preference would then be to have the strap wrapped with NO additional pressure to keep it out of the way, but it’s not long enough to do this. That means that my typical use of the sleeve is restricted to just wearing it in the position I like with the strap folded onto itself to effectively not use it. That means the strap is hanging loose, bouncing around and getting in the way.For the moment it’s the most comfortable extended wear brace I have, so it has some value, but I can’t recommend this for elbow tendonitis. The strap is poorly positioned for that purpose. The sleeve compression is decent for casual support, but not enough for exercise or work use. You would be better off just getting a compression sleeve with no strap in that case though. I think this sleeve could be a good fit for someone whose pain and support needs are more on the forearm itself, not near the elbow. This may also work well for someone needed upper arm support for some reason. I will use it until I can find a more suitable replacement for daily wear. I am surprised how difficult it is to find a decent tennis elbow brace, so hopefully this information will help others decide if this sleeve work for your particular support needs.
