Great for taking with me to our local onsite laundry mat….left the room smelling fresh and clean…loved how it worked on the lint trays after I took out the lint. Baked on ” yuckiness” comes right off in dryer too. –
Some times only sense of nutrition we get
Pill firm great to swallow whole and at same time good cause can open and hide in a Smoothie:):)Flakes good for digestion….overall I think better to add a little to yogurt or with some overnight oats.Would love to see Recipes for use.

I am 83 and have been taking this supplement for several years. I still get out and walk, work out and go dancing. Something has to be helping me stay active.

Taking it slow
I bought this Combo from balance of nature, with the idea of giving another boost to the supplements I already take.My system is very sensitive to New things so I am taking it very slow. I already take another green drink every morning. I started out with one fruit capsule with breakfast and just one veggie at dinner and it immediately impacted my digestive tract. So I had to back off from even that. I think itâs good, I have noticed a bit of a spike in my energy. At 65, we will take what we can get.I could not tolerate the fiber powder. I love all of the spices but my system has an adverse reaction to psyllium husk. That stuff expands in your stomach the same way pasta does. So consider that before buying this.

Satisfaction is not a guarantee
I bought this product for my wife, who took it and ended up having nausea and vomiting. Attempted to return product was not able to be returned. Attempted to obtain refund, no refund was given. I get not everyone may become sick on this product, but have not been successful getting them to honor the satisfaction guarantee. Not sure why? However if you have any health issues, I would not recommend this product without a physicians approval. They do not honor there guarantee. Well lesson learned, be careful as the warranty appears to be if they are satisfied. Yes I did attempt multiple times to return. Amazon and this company fought my bank when I asked for them to intervene. Gotta wonder if a company will not honor a warranty due to someone becoming sick, then is there product worth buying. Oh well expensive lesson learned.

Good Product
I feel better by taking this. The Spice Powder Drink mix does better than other over the counter drinkable products I have burned through over the years. For the first time in years I actually have normal looking bowel movements and go less. VERY happy with this product.
