Cups are too small
The blender works fine, gets some time to get use to. You have to be patient to get the right placement for the blender. But what I find most upsetting, is how small the cups are.I use both cups to get any of the smoothie ideas I want to make, which just takes more time than it should.

This little Gem is a WINNER!
Replaced large blender with this “single serving” machine. Quick learning curve, well made, EASY TO USE. The instructions actually make sense and use words instead of pictures as many product do these days. Just made my first KaChava blueberry chocolate morning shake, everything cleaned and fits on the cabinet shelf. Takes only minutes. A to-go cup for those who take their beverage on the road. You won’t be disapponted, especially for the REDUCED PRICE!! It’s a WINNER! I suggest “alignment marks” as you can see in my picture, to make the install of the loaded cup easier. At age 75 we need all the help we can gat! 🙂

Arrived Broken and Filthy
I purchased the BELLA BLender because I already owned one and after probably 10 years it died on my. I chose to purchase a previously returned one like new condition. The first one I received was caked with food and didnât work so decided to get another one. The second one arrived even worse condition. I have purchased many times returned items like new and never had this happen, but twice on same item :-(I know itâs a decent little blender because mine served me well for so long. So I am now buying a new one and keep you updatedPics, you can see how cloudy (the dirty one) was compared to the clear (clean one)

Not the same as older model
I had a Bella blender for over 10 years. Held up well for small projects like iced coffee drinks and smoothies. Unfortunately got chugged during household consolidation. So I bought this newer model. The base is much bigger than the older one, though not necessarily more powerful but strong enough. But what I really donât like is the locking mechanism. First off, why is the marking on the back of the base?! Super inconvenient. Then itâs a bit difficult to get the cup to slide into the right position. And the travel lid also isnât great as you have to bend your head all the way back to drink out of it. Meh, probably returning it.

I bought this for making smoothies and it does a wonderful job at it when you follow the recommended levels and follow a few unmentioned practises. I had read several reviews before purchasing that explained issues with the rubber seal releasing into the cup during the blending process I did have it happen once when it tightened the lid firmly, I have moved to a practise of just snug and have had not issues since. There have also been reported issues with low power to process, this again was experience but only when I’d tried filling beyond the max indicator of the cup, otherwise it has worked flawlessly. It does work well when it’s limits are understood and used within them. I’ve had no issues with frozen fruits out veggies blending to creamy perfection.

I am absolutely horrified. I went to blend my smoothie like normal, and when I opened up my drink, the rubber seal from the blade fell into the smoothie mid blend, and it blended chunks of the seal into my drink! I wouldnât recommend this product to anyone unless you want chunks of silicon in your food! This is a terrible product on the market and it was only purchased to save a few dollars from buying a magic or nutribullet. Now I wasted all the money into the smoothie ingredients and wasted my time buying this absolutely terrible blender. 0/10 STAY AWAY FROM BELLA
