This seems to help with a lot of things I did not know I needed till I got it. I can’t find a food that has much of this and it’s way more important than I thought. If your a health and well being kind of person this might be worth looking into.

Another Vitamin you should take.
I’ve read about L-Carnitine but didn’t think I needed it. But since taking it I think I have a better sense of well-being that has replaced my previous attitude that required a lot of trying and effort to just get things done sometimes. Enthusiasm was never in short supply, just not as a regular and consistent feeling. I’m always cautious when trying a new vitamin, and consider the recommended dosage as a maximum amount and so take less. This is something you need to pay attention to and try to be honest in the appraisal, so now it has joined the group of usual vitamins that I take on a “regular” basis. (When you feel a little down, there’s that mind/body connection telling you.) That’s about the best I can do. I realize that everybody’s different and they may or may not experience the same results, but from the product’s description as to what it’s supposed to do, it appears to be working. This vitamin is in the 1,000 mg dosage, but I also have the 500mg just to see if I can tell the difference. Some vitamins (I had an Uncle who was a Pharmacist and a big advocate of supplements) are too much for your immediate requirements so they’re just flushed away, but some vitamins can be over-done and become toxic when you might think that “More is Better” but your body only needs just so much and no more.

I can recommend this item as it is useful because the body cannot make it itself. It has to come via food or, like this, via a supplement. I take it daily if there is no silica in it. Not all people can cope with silica.
