the pill does not dissolve in the stomach
I have been taking it, and I see that when I go to the bathroom, the pill comes out in my poop whole, that’s why I decided to put it in water for 8 days and the pill does not dissolve, it is like taking a piece of plastic, it enters and leaves the body without contributing anything.

Couldn’t tell much difference
To be honest I can’t really tell any difference after taking this product for several weeks. I’m not sure exactly what I was looking for or what was supposed to happen, but I didn’t note any changes. I used this in conjunction with my normal workout routine and diet and there was nothing noticeable to review.
