Have the best poops of your life
OK, so I tell everybody to just buy this stuff and no one seems to listen to me, but this stuff is amazing. After having a baby, I was struggling to lose the last 5 pounds that weâre just hanging on. I started drinking this and after a few days I was having the best poops of my life.! And after about two weeks, I lost 5 pounds I think just in bloat and whatever was all backed up inside me. I feel lighter. I feel more energetic. I just feel better in general when I drink this stuff regularly. I am usually very weary of products like this because I have IBD and can be very sensitive to supplements, but this has not caused me any issues and has made me feel so much better.

I love it so far. It is easy to mix and doesn’t clump up. It also has an appealing, slightly sweet, green flavor. I mix it with raspberries, blueberries, mango, spinach etc. Goes well with a lot of stuff. Also I was a bit skeptical about it helping with bloating or energy but I was proven wrong. I ate really bad one day, felt terrible and I made myself a smoothie with this in it and I started feeling way better right away. I also drink it while I clean and find myself with a bit more energy. Is it coffee like? No but it does give you a bit of a boost. The only downside I think is the price for the amount you get. It might be more cost effective to get the 9oz one, at least for someone who knows they like it.

Great product, low quantity.
I like the it a lot itâs helped so much with bloating and digestion. My favorite flavor is the orange passion fruit. My only complaint is that itâs so expensive and the containers are never full. Theyâre like half to maybe a quarter full. I wish they would come actually full it would be more worth it. But still a great product. Iâve struggled with digestive issues since I was a kid and I actually can say I found something that really helps. It also helps suppress my appetite a bit when I drink it.

Do Yourself a Favor Try This Drink!!
I have always had problems with my stomach, GI track, ect……… :X I want to yell it to the rafters, run around my neighborhood to let everyone know, hold a sign up on the corner ( lol ) how totally amazing this product is. It has helped with my bloating, bowel movements and I’m just generally feeling much better. Bloom is totally worth the try!! I began by trying the packets. This is a good way to start and see if it works for you. Next up for me, I’m trying the canned sparkling energy drinks!!!

Been taking this only for about 2 weeks. The taste is sweet which I dislike but also my fault I did not see stevia listed before I ordered it. The down side of this product for me is that so far it does seem to make bloating and constipation worse, this could be me personally as I am still figuring out my exact gut issues and why I have them. Hopefully someone else in my family can benefit from this. It does taste good if do half a serving with another bitter green mix I have, but is making me feel worse even though the ingredients all look great (other than stevia, natural flavors and citric acid). Could be wrong type of probiotics for me at this time.

Bloom seems to work well for me with bloating and would recommend Bloom, though I found the orange passion fruit to be very sweet – over the top sweet (reason for only 4 stars) and have ordered the other flavor

I purchased this product due to seeing a tiktok recommendation.There are other similar products available at a lower cost but not with the same quality ingredients.Although pricey this item is full of good stuff!I first tried it as directed, 1 scoop in 230ml of cold water. I wasn’t overly fond of this.It was like drinking a slightly fruity cold green tea.I decided I would add it to my protein shake in the morning – game changer!I add 1 scoop of bloom original into 300ml of cold water – along with 2 scoops of PhD vanilla diet whey and some frozen strawberries – yum!If you’re not a green tea / matcha drinker then you probably won’t like the taste of bloom – however if you add it to a protein shake / smoothie, guarantee you’ll love it!It is pricey but works out at just over £1 per serving per day for a month supply.I had compared several green blends and bloom came out on top in regards to ingredients so it’s definitely worth the money.
