Great Product, Excellent company.
Bob and Brad is truly a great company with an award-winning customer service team. I have owned the A2 Pro massage gun for 6 months and have been using it regularly to warm up as well as recuperate my muscles after a strenuous workout. It does a great job relieving sore muscles or mild to moderate pain for a couple of days after a tough workout. I no longer need any ibuprofen after such a workout. Last week, I used my massage gun as usual except I may have completely depleted the battery before recharging and that led to the battery not being able to recharge again. The manual actually says not to do this but I missed that recommendation. HAVE NO FEAR. I emailed Bob and Brad and in one week’s time, they sent me a new one that was under their 1 year full warranty completely free of charge. This is a company I wish others will emulate. They were quick to respond and were 100% professional in meeting my expectations for an excellent company and I’m totally satisfied. Hence, this is a fantastic product backed by an excellent customer service team. I typically don’t write reviews but I’m happy to write this one.

Then Messager is effective and easy to use, I love it. The different heads were effective; the hot and cold tip is very soothing. About 5 months after I purchased mine, which gets used every day. The unit developed an issue with the charging ports and would not accept a charge. After verifying there were no issues on my end (checked the charging transformer and outlet) I contacted Bob & Brad Customer Service. I exchanged two emails with them and a new replacement unit was in delivered two days later. Excellent product and service.

An Effective Percussive Massager, But Little to Differentiate From Others of This Brand
When shopping for a new percussive massager, I wanted specific features. I wanted it to use USB-C for charging, I wanted it to include a Peltier heating/cooling attachment and I wanted a brand that’s been around for more than a month. Bob & Brad products are likely coming out of the same factories as 90 percent of the no-name units; but they appear to have at least tried to differentiate themselves by having decent customer service and an actual warranty (which you can double to 2 years by registering on their website.)Now, where they kinda fall flat. There is very little to differential between the A2 Pro, the T2 Pro and the C2 Pro models other than price. They each have the same six attachments, come in the same carrying case, and have the same amplitude and battery size. The stall speeds vary slightly, but with an amplitude of only about 10mm, none of them are going to really ‘dig’ into you. The Peltier attachment has high and low hot and cold settings. You aren’t likely to get burned nor frozen using the unit; but an overheated muscle will benefit from the cold and my nearly constant arm cramp from a missing Bicep muscle benefits from the heat. Be warned, the little fan on the unit will run for a bit after you turn off the cooling to dissipate heat. It also charges using USB-C.So, some specifics about the A2 Pro model. They’ve redesigned the gun shape and included an RGB stripe which will turn orange then red depending on how much pressure you are applying. I don’t consider this useful, but it does liven up the appearance. Also, the A2 Pro model attachments aren’t just ‘push in’ they have actual threading on them and screw in. I do not know if other Bob & Brad products now use threaded attachments, but this does make it so that you can’t use third party replacements and Bob & Brad don’t advertise them for sale on their website. So if you break an attachment that you like to use? Well, that’s a problem. The balance is also slightly off; the older design which had the handle not all the way at the rear is easier to maneuver.Price wise, I would purchase whichever one of the three models that was on sale for the best price when you are shopping. I almost purchased the C2 Pro, but missed the ‘deal’ then the next day the A2 Pro was on sale for the same price (and here’s a tip- look for discount codes on the Bob & Brad website. When I purchased the A2 Pro, it was a Lightning Deal AND the discount code worked on top of that – bringing the A2 Pro Price down below that of the C2 Pro.)

Great customer service
Ordered this massage gun in January and it stopped working a few months after purchasing 😞 I was advised contact the company who quickly replaced my item free of charge and extended my 1 year warranty to 2 years. Great customer service and a company that’s stands by their product! Love love love this massager.
