Great purchase. Put 2 in our office. When it gets stressful, we turn it on and watch it, then you slowing you breathing down and world of difference. Therapist came in and saw it, I showed her how it works. She bought some for her office also.

This little guy is so cute. Do you neeeeeed it? No. If you had it would you like it? Yes. I find the color changing/breathing thing a little off my breath patterns, but that may be the point. Is it fun to have next to you at work? Yes. Especially if the person near you is annoying…”just breatheeee with me” the little guy will say.

Donât buy it: there are better similar products
Iâve bought other breathing buddhas and decided to get this one during a prime day on sale to try. To my surprise This product is much smaller in size than other breathing Buddhas. You need to buy batteries to operate this product or you have to have it plugged in. Other breathing Buddhas operate on a rechargeable battery. Plus, you canât return this product, so I am stuck with the product I donât like. You can buy a much better product for the same price. Stay away from this one.

Set him up ony work area and when I get stressed I breathe into peacefulness. Coworkers love him too!

This thing is hard to keep up with for breathing. Is it me? Dunno.
For now I have this plugged in with USB and just use it as room decoration. From time to time I try to use it with my meditation and rather than calm me down it kind of frustrates me because I can’t seem to regulate my breathing to match the color changes. That could just be my lung capacity or something and not the item’s fault but I have to rate this on how well it works for me. I do still keep trying to match the lights with my breathing. I do guided meditation with Netflix’s Headspace program and the guided breathing on the show fits my rhythm no problem though. It is very relaxing to stare at though if you aren’t trying to breath to the cycles.

I dislike the sudden flash of color when it changes. This is too abrupt for mediation.It’s cute, it does have 3 bright color changes, uses batteries or recharging, so 5 stars for mechanical quality but zero for use to meditate .

Unfortunately, the usb option doesnât work. The only way it turns on is with batteries. When it does turn on, it remains one gold colour and doesnât change. Wouldnât recommend for relaxation and calm breathing. Highly recommended for inducement of frustration though.
