Big body yoga
I go to a few yoga classes a week with my wife. I wanted my own mat but was having difficulty with the standard-size mats. This mat allows me to take the space I need for my exercise and with the different types of texture on either side it makes grip a breeze. I’m 6â3â 235 and my feet wouldn’t hit the standard mat size during some exercises. This mat is thick and very comfortable during a workout.

Great for more than just yoga
Was looking for something wider and thicker than a regular yoga mat. This hits the sweet spot with both width and thickness while still being able to take it to the gym on my bicycle. It’s not too thick that it makes balancing too difficult. I find that both the ribbed and smooth sides work equally well and I’ve the mat doesn’t slide around on the floor I’ve really enjoyed it.As far as quality . . . I haven’t had any issues. There are a few marks on the mat since I started using it, but I didn’t buy it for display. It’s materially holding up great and would recommend purchasing.

Perfect size
The size is perfect for me. Great quality item! It is comfortable but I do wish it was a little thicker. Great stability and the carrying strap is perfect.

Non slip, large
Iâm 5â2â and I exercise in my garage and the floor is slick especially when it rains and any moisture get on the floor. I needs a bigger no slip mat for lots of high intensity movements. My old mat was too short and Iâve tried many. I just got this and was excited to try it. Got the 8mm black. Loved it , was big enough that I didnât have to step off it, thick enough for cushioning but not to thick to trip over. Also did not slip . Met all my goals and the black doesnât show dirt like my old ones. Very happy with my purchase.

The Perfect Fitness Mat!
I have used other yoga mats in the past, but wanted something with more room for doing my strength, shadowboxing, yoga, HIIT, and other Peloton classes. I saw this here on Amazon, the price was good, and I decided to give it a go. I have used it every day since purchasing, and I absolutely LOVE this mat! It is very well made, stays flat without the corners rolling up, keeps me from slipping, especially during holds like downward dog, is comfortable, and it allows me to stretch out without going onto the floor around it (for reference I am 5’8″ tall.) It is the perfect thickness and rolls up quite nicely. This can be used outdoors and indoors, and is reversible as well. If you are looking for THE PERFECT fitness mat, you’ve found it!

I purchased this about 6 months ago and have used it daily for a 25 minute stretch/yoga/calisthenic routine. My selection was based on the matâs larger size and relatively reasonable price point.There are two surfaces: a sueded side and a rippled. Neither is as sticky as a traditional yoga mat, but both offer a better grip than a carpeted floor. I donât recommend it for a serious yoga workout, but it is adequate for my routine.Easy to clean. No noxious odor that I could detect.In my opinion, too delicate for its intended purpose; it scratches and pits with even light use

I love this yoga mat. Its durable, comfortable and nonslip. Love the large size. My only complaint is that it shows stains /smudges but they easily wipe off.
