I started taking this after witnessing a friend at that time suffer by getting soak & wet from menopause hot flashes! Literally!!! The goal was to prevent this from happening to me when the time came. I’d take Moringa, (capsules that are easy to swallow) but only a few times a week. I just hit perimenopause Feb 2025 after turning 50 the Summer of last year & the heat flashes would push up on me like I was sitting on the the outskirts of hell! Now, why the heck would I do that? I”d never. Anywho, I started “consistently” popping 2 Moringa a day in March. The flashes were still happening, but I know things take time. Still I added Black Cohosh, 1 a day & ladies, the flashes are damn near gone. They have subsided more than HALF & occur less and it has not been a full month yet ( moods & energy is good, too). I imagine after 3 to 6 months on these supplements, I’ma be Gucci! I take Oil of Oregano, Soursop, Vitamin C, B- Complex for my iron, Pre&Probiotics & Biotin. I started working out & added creatin & a veggie protein. Get Moringa & Black Cohosh! I’m telling you, they WORK. If you are on meds, talk to your PCP BEORE taking. The price is good & they smell like herbs suppose to smell. The drug interactions can be DEADLY! I only do herbs!!!!! Gucci!

I started taking it 2 days ago and I don’t know if this is an side effect on me or just from something else my skin start itching. I’m still skeptical if should I continue taking it or not. I know how good and beneficial moringga is because we have whole lot of trees there in my home country Philippines we have it fresh and my skin has no reaction at all.
