Soak in warm water (86°F) with neutral detergent and gently hand wash for a few minutes. Rinse without squeezing, press with a towel to remove water, and air dry away from sunlight.

AVAILABLE IN 5 SIZES. Sleeves fit both the right and left arm. Choose from Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and 2X / XX-Large. For best fit, measure around your arm about 5″ above the center of the elbow. Select your size according to the measurements listed in our sizing chart. If you fall between sizes, select the next one down. Compress products provide the best support when they fit snugly. However, they should not squeeze painfully or restrict circulation. 1 sleeve per pack.

Good pressure sleeves for arms.
Comfortable pressure sleeves prevents swelling of the arms. Fabric is soft and good quality. Just be sure that you measure your biceps properly to receive the correct pressure sleeves.I highly recommend this product and I would buy again when I need to replace first pair

sizing is way off
So this is a thin sleeve with a bulky stiff upper cuff that is intended to go over your bicep. The fabric has very limited stretch and the sizing chart is not accurate. The cuff has a zigzag stripe of the glue stuff that is meant to be antislip but makes it hard to pull on. It’s not disclosed in the listing and had I seen it listed I would not have ordered it. Turning it over is not an option as the cuff is so stiff. Plus, they sewed the care instructions at the top in cheap scratchy label. So back it goes.

This isnât so much a âcompression sleeveâ as it is a âflimsy sleeve with a tight band at the top with some elastic that doesnât stretchâ. I have tendinitis in my forearm, and when it flares up, I really need some compression, so this wasnât it.If youâre just using it for sun protection, it should be fine, the part besides the elastic was comfortable.

Impressed with this item!!! The biggest problem I have had with braces/other arm compression sleeves is that they just don’t stay in place. This one does. I’ve been having issues with both arms around the elbow and have tried a few different products to help. I’m actually shocked at how well this one stays on. So much so, that I just bought another one for my other arm. The fit is right on, and there’s no slipping of it. Hopefully this helps stop the pain and allows me to get back to pain-free workouts.
