Soak in warm water (86°F) with neutral detergent and gently hand wash for a few minutes. Rinse without squeezing, press with a towel to remove water, and air dry away from sunlight.

It doesnât squeeze too much but it works
I thought it wasnât going to do anything upon putting it on, but itâs actually working! Initially, I thought I should have bought the medium because it didnât feel like it was compressing my forearm enough but itâs been a few hours and I feel less pain. I would recommend buying two sizes to see which one feels better. Iâm happy to just get some relief to where the pain is tolerable.

Me encanta los dos productos de esta marca ! Lamentablemente la Compresion codera , no me funciono ! medi mi codo y midio 12″. por lo cual pedi la talla M como recomendabany me la siento excelente y calmo mi dolor en el codo por tener un pegueno desgarre en el mismo! pero elastico que esta en la parte superior de la codera es insufrible , me calmo un dolor pero me provoco otro, porque me queda tan apretada en la parte superior de la pieza , que opte por no usarla mas . Voy a comprar otra talla L y lamentablemente esta no la puedo devolver porque la use pensando , que el elastico se aflojaria un poco con el uso!

Good compression and they remain in place all day.
Despite the fact that the material is thin and comfortable the compression is more than adequate on your arm and elbow. The elastic traction band at the upper end of the sleeve keeps it from sliding down regardless of your activity level of activity. Be aware that you are only ordering one sleeve, not two as I wrongfully assumed. I wore it for 12 hours during my night of work and the compression and position on my arm was more than adequate. Not bulky and can easily be worn under a long sleeve garment without being obviously visible or the least bit uncomfortable. Good quality material with a little added benefit of an extra layer of warmth for aching lower arms and elbows.

Iâm new to needing this type of product so Iâm not sure what to really expect. I do feel like I need more support on my elbow. Itâs tight at the top but if I go bigger it wonât be tight enough where I need need it. Itâs very stretchy which is great for working out but itâs not giving me support I need to relieve the pain I have.

I bought one of these sleeves a little over a year ago and it really seemed to help the achy feeling in my elbow go away when I wore it. I usually only wore it to bed but the excessive dampness of this winter had my elbow aching almost all the time. My sleeve had gotten a little stretched out and I think I had accidently let it get into the dryer one of the times I washed it so it had a balding look to the fabric. Portions of the sleeve looked thinner and less elastic. I am most positive it was because I let it get dried, so I bought 2 new sleeves just last week with no rush shipping and they arrived within 5 weekdays of purchase and are great. I bought a 1x and a 2x so I could use the larger one possibly on my knee occasionally. My sister and Mom both used my old sleeve for a day during the Christmas holidays and they both were amazed at how their aching elbow or wrist just stopped aching as soon as the sleeve went on and the pain was gone as long as they wore the sleeve. Now I wear my new sleeves most of the time I am home from work. I’ve read a few of the reviews on here and have to laugh at the few people who say, “there is no copper in this sleeve” simply because they can’t see it in there. The copper was made into a powder that was “infused” into the fabric before or during the weaving process. So, No you will not see actual copper threads. When wearing the sleeve my family and I both notice a cooling feel to the fabric against your skin kind of like if a metal such as copper was placed on your skin. The sleeve keeps my muscles warm but I still feel a cooling sensation when I touch it on the outside or in spots along my arm. Regardless of the science of how it feels cool but keeps the body warm it does work and it doesn’t need to be visible for copper to exist in the sleeve.

Altro che ioni di rame una vera e propria “Cinesata” appena indossata sono saltati gli stemmi, è Made in Cina ed è fatta per l’88% di Nylon. Ho preso la taglia grande che dovrebbe corrispondere ad una L ma veste piccola. Vera delusione.

If there was a 6th star I would give it. I suffer repeated pain in both elbows especially when doing repetitive work so thought I would try this item, anything to help and does it help oh yes is my reply. Arrived on time and when worn found it was well designed and constructed but the effect was immediate giving me relief to the elbows during and after use. I bought the medium and found it was a snug fit and unoticeable when worn. This item has helped me immensely. A god send for sufferers.
