Love these items great price ordering again
Doctor’s told me to quit takeing regular over the counter vitamins and try more natural ones. Took them to my doctors visit and told him been taking fir about a month. He read all ingredients and said good keep takeing them. Told him they were cheaper than most if them. He said just cause something more expensive dose not me it always better. This had what I needed with a good balanced diet. Fixing to order again.

Helped my acid reflux
I rarely leave feedback/reviews but feel compelled to share my experience with this product. The past couple of weeks the acid reflux that I’ve suffered with every single night was suddenly almost non-exinsistant and I just could not figure out why. I’ve deeply pondered what could have contributed to this but didn’t have an answer, as I really haven’t made any changes. Then today as I was considering ordering a 2nd month’s supply of Super Fruits and Veggies it suddenly and clearly dawned on me that THIS supplement is precisely what has made all the difference! I was taking it for the nutritional benefits and it never occurred to me that this would help with acid reflux. I’m certain this is what has helped me, as I made no other changes in my diet or habits, other than adding in this supplement. I am amazed and so delighted! Needless to say, I quickly placed my order for more! I’m sure there have been other health benefits but this is the most dramatic for me! 🙂

For over a year, I’m a fan
I’ve been taking these for well over a year, and I notice the benefits compared to if I happen to fall off the wagon. I prefer these to synthetic style multi-vitamins (though there are multi-vitamins out there with better nutritional profiles and bioavailability). I combine this with every other day mushroom complex, omega complex, and moringa. I am going to be adding beef organs soon. I feel this helps support nutritional needs for other items to work well. And don’t forget a healthy lifestyle! I take everything at night to allow my body to make work of it, and I wake well-refreshed 9 times out of 10. Great product.

Feel a bit better and not as tired during the day
Shipping was fast and price is right.I wanted to try the more expensive name brand stuff but due to finances I picked this after reading it’s ingredients and how processed.There is no smell and pills, for me, are easy to swallow.I eat allot of cooked vegetables but hardly any fruit. I was noticing I was very tired after work and always fell asleep for 20-30 minutes after work. I’m getting close to 60, which to me is not old, but I don’t like taking a nap.So, I followed directions and day one I felt a little better, days 2-3 I thought I could tell a difference due to not being exhausted after work and no naps!I now take 1-2 a day depending if I remember my lunch pill, but 1 seems to work well also. If I take them too late they seem to give me reflux but not all the time.I am a believer and will continue to buy as long as they work. Also, I don’t get as hungry as usual.Works for me!
