This is our first time trying this kind of products. The husband and I snack entirely way too much and I wanted something that was healthy for us and to replace a snack. I bought these country farms super greens in berry flavor and the super reds in mixed berry flavor. These products were priced reasonably enough that I could afford to try them for effectiveness, and taste.I also bought body fortress whey protein in vanilla flavor. In the mornings with a light breakfast I mix 1 scoop of protein powder with a scoop of Super greens with about 12 ounces of 2% milk. This seems to satisfy us, keeps us fuller longer and reduces the urge for snacking. This mixture taste like a vanilla milk shake and I do not notice a grassy taste that others Have mentioned.In the evenings an hour or 2 after we have eaten our dinner, I mix the super reds with about 8 ounces of our favorite juices. We use tropical, peach or pineapple favors and it taste like a glass of juice with no after taste.I canât say that I feel like I have more energy but I do feel less tired through the day. Donât know if we have lost any weight, have only been using these products about 2 weeks. We have been very consistent with this product. Since we like the taste I will reorder and see what we have accomplished in about a month.In mixing these products, I have shaker bottles with the whisk gadgets in the bottom, I add the liquid first and the powder last. I havenât had a problem at all with it mixing good.
