Great Little Gummy!
Flavor: green apple, super delicious. Not as good as a Jolly Rancher, but definitely in the ballpark. No weird medicinal smells or aftertaste.Texture: lovely! Not too chewy, doesnât stick together or get melty in the bag.Effectiveness: better than expected! Most people purchase creatine for workouts⦠I purchased these as a seemingly weird substitute for my love of Red Bull that I can no longer have as Iâm TTC and canât have caffeine or my ADHD medication. This seemed like the closest thing I could get thatâs safe for me to consume while TTC as well being great for brain health and supportive of egg quality. I was pleasantly surprised that it gives me a subtle, sustained energy boost, as well as helping a bit with nausea from the fertility meds. I take a half dose of 2 gummies in the morning and reserve the other two for the afternoon if I need additional support to workout, etc.Overall, the effectiveness and amount you get in the bag make it a great value for the cost. Will definitely keep purchasing!

Easily the best creatine gummies outHere. They taste really good. I could eat them like candy as compared to other brands that are chalky or gritty. They should add more flavors but the apple is still very tasty

A Must Buy if Youâre Looking for Creatine (You Should Be)
Honestly these are a game changer. Way easier to take than the powder. I tried a few other reputable brands and they either were hard to mix or gave me stomach issues. These on the other hand actually taste good. I feel like Iâm sneaking candy when I take them. A must buy if youâve been taking creatine! They make me look good and feel good! Additionally, studies have shown most people are low in B12 so itâs great that these help supplement it. Overall these gummies are great quality and have shown effectiveness in what they set out to accomplish. Get them!

A bit sweet, but easy to keep in your gym bag
I have been using a flavorless powdered creatine for a little while and really like it. I decided to order these gummies to have on hand when I’m away from home or want something quick. I keep these in my gym back to take right after my workout. Doing so has kept me more consistent with my creatine intake. These gummies taste ok, they are a bit sweet for me, but the flavor is not off-putting like some I’ve tried. It is hard to speak specifically to the effectiveness, but I do feel that I have been able to recover more quickly and push myself harder in the gym since I started taking creatine regularly. They don’t leave me bloated or with stomach cramps. I have found that if I take them too late in the day I tend to have some trouble sleeping. I don’t know if this is just coincidental or psychosomatic, because they do not have any caffeine, or anything in them that should affect sleep. But I try not to take them past 4pm just in case.Overall, I think this is a great option for travel, leaving in your gym bag, or just for people who prefer a non-powder version for their creatine. I will probably continue to use the powder version as my primary creatine source, as it is more cost effective than the gummies, and flavorless, but this is a good option.

Delicious and easy to take
These gummies are delicious. They reminds me of green apples. They also agree with my stomach, plus I like the combination of B12 and L-Tautine. This is great for older adults or people who donât like swallowing pills. Easier to pack than powder.

Synthetic Vit B12…
This looked promising, unfortunately this contains cyanocobalamin which is a synthetic form of Vit B12. I’m unable to metabolize due to an MTHFR mutation. Methylcobolamin (natural Vit B12) would have been preferred.
