This has definitely calmed cravings for food and sugar! Out of habit I buy snacks but since taking these I have noticed I regret buying and end up giving it away simply because I don’t want it. If I do eat sugar I can’t eat as much as before. Even on my cycle! I kinda miss wanting it but my health is more important. Knocked off a star because of some reason I have been crapping my butt off recently even though I’ve been taking them for months. Stomach pain and lose of appetite as of yesterday. Dont think so but I’m hoping its something I ate even though I don’t eat much. I started noticing my stomach slimming down as well so I don’t wanna stop these. I’ll be killing it if I exercised!
