Research and an open mind can do a tired body good!
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in my late twenties and have had chronic constipation my entire life. Sometimes i would go as much as a week without a bowel movement and as ive told many a doctor: Yes! I eat healthy, consume plenty of fiber, and drink a good bit of water. I slowly suffered from life altering fatigue, unexplained weight gain in the stomach area (even after having two kids and losing the baby weight, the amount of weight gain was as if i was pregnant all over again without the added joys of motherhood!), severe bloating, heavy periods, and nerve pain that eventually forced me to quit my job and be a stay at home mom. Im only 33 years old and yet that does not sound like someone in their early 30s! I couldnt get through the day without at least two naps and when i did try to be active in the least bit, i would have to take two days to recover from the burning inflammation. None of the doctors have ever successfully given me a reason for why it is happening. So i did my research and figured it out my damn self! I started taking this along with alpha lipoic acid, turmeric, a highly absorbable vitamin e, and chelated magnesium. I cut out a lot of the high carb foods in my diet that my doctor assured me was necessary to increase my energy stores, and started eating good fats instead. I also added some adaptogens in the mix (such as cordyseps, chaga, holy basil, etc..) for stress relief, and cortisol reduction and I have never felt better! My nerve and muscle pain have decreased exponentially, i am actually having bowel movements almost every day for the first time in my life, I have cut my naps in half ( I’m still a mother of two, what can i say ;> ) and slowly but surely i am beginning to look and feel more like my old self again! I know that these are a vital part of that process because when i run out, i become tired, and sore all over again. So, if anyone out there is sick and tired (literally) of going to the doctors and getting no answers for these problems like i did, take a leap and start taking control of your own life! “Dont knock it till you’ve tried it!” Lol, i am in no way being paid for this review. Worked well for my muscle cramps
I am a strict ovolacto vegetarian and have been my entire life. I have had tremendous issues with muscle cramping with some episodes so severe, I had to stop in the middle of the street and be in agony for 10-15 minutes. Overall, very embarrassing.Muscle cramping can occur for many different reasons, and it can be difficult to understand what exactly is causing it. Many people suspect electrolyte imbalances, but I question how true that is for most people with healthy kidneys. For other people, it can just be that they have very poor muscle conditioning and even small amounts of activity can irritate muscles to the point of causing spontaneous tetanic contractions. Then there are those with pathologic muscle cramping (due to poor blood flow).L-carnitine is deficient in vegetarian diets since it typically comes from consuming the muscles of other animals. After getting tired of painful muscle cramps, I thought I would given L-carnitine supplementation a shot, and I am happy to say that I have had a significant improvement in cramping. As with all supplements, there is likely a very strong placebo effect but that is good enough for me.This product is not meant for everyone since it depends on the nature of your muscle cramping. If you have meat in your diet, you also likely will not benefit from taking a supplement. Lastly, performance gains from the supplement (like most supplements) are also likely going to be minimal. Overall, I recommend this product for others that may be having issues with muscle cramping that is not due to an underlying disease. Always discuss symptoms with your doctor to look into potential medical cause before trying to self-medicate.

excellent product but DON’T ENROLL IN SUBSCRIPTION
I depend on this product on a daily basis, it truly clears mental fog and aides in memory so I thought an auto subscription would be great. However, I am a sole consumer and do NOT need it delivered monthly, after figuring how to adjust shipment to every other month, I still received the product monthly. TOO MANY SHIPMENTS. I had to cancel the subscription altogether. I will manually order the product as needed. But the product, itself, is exceptional. There is no flavor or particular “presentation”, it is a capsule to swallow.
