Pls bear with me as English is not my native language.I’ve been using this product for roughly two month. So I’ll just honestly share what I’ve experienced. However, I’m not an avid body builder. In fact, I don’t body build at all. I do boxing and my hope with this product was to help me cut a little bit so I can fit in lower weight division. So if you’re looking for information from a body builder’s perspective, I’m sorry but ova not provide it with you.So, the first concern: does it work? I would say yes. The fact that you lose fat could be a result from many factors. Not merely one supplement. But the thing is, when I take this supplement, it really motivates me to keep my training routine and diet, as I really want to see the result and the supplement keeps remind me “ok you spent money on it, so work for it”. On the other hand, the ingredients in this supplement seems legit, and for myself, I did lose fat faster than before, that’s why I’d say it work.Second, what are the most obvious effect when you take these? I’d say the suppression of your desire to eat. Trust me, you will notice this difference, it is that obvious. The second effect is probably from the extract of coffee beans. It basically works as a cup of coffee, boost your metabolism a little bit, and gives you an extra kick of energy when you train.I don’t know if it is just me, but I think this supplement also soften my stool. And made my bowel movement more regular than before. However, sometimes the stool can be watery, but not to the extent of diharrea. I stopped taking this supplement for a week and then retook it to see if all of these is really caused by the supplement. The answer is affirmative, there is a correlation.I have not noticed any negative effect yet.I’m giving it four stars because I’ve never had fat burner products from other brands yet. So I leave it one star out for other potentially better products which really deserve 5 stars. Other than that, this product works for me.Hope this helps

Didn’t help with wheight loss
I am 39 years old,I’ve been working out consistently for about 10 yeats now. My workout activities include wheight lifting, cardio (walking, running), core exercises, and yoga. I gained about 10lbs. over the holidays and during a vacation in January so by the first week of February, I decided I need to bring my wheight down. The first 3 weeks of deliberate diet and exercise yeilded no results.I decided to try Lean Mode to see if it would help. I followed the directions on the bottle; 3 capsules 30-60 mins before meals. I paired it with their other supplement NiteMode that you take before bed. I used it every day until I finished the bottle. I didn’t lose any wheight.I really tried too. Its not like I thought I could take the pills and they’d magically work by themselves. I was eating salads and kale, fruit and yogurt smoothies, getting in a minimum of 10,000 steps a day on top of going to the gym for full workouts. My wheight has not gone down, the supplements had no effect.I’m gonna keep at it, but now I know for sure the wheight loss pills aren’t going to help.

Good value at price point on a great product
Excellent product to assist in weight management. Been using for several years now. My weight holds steady at 185 with reasonable activity. I am 72 years old, former gym rat but cannot work as hard anymore. Without this product I was steadily gaining weight.
